1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Established in 2019, CloudNVMe has maintained its status as a market leader in the USA and globally by providing reliable, high-performance infrastructure. We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on our Shared and Cloud NVMe Hosting services. If our performance does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of certain third-party costs and immediate provisioning, the following services are strictly non-refundable:

Domain Registrations & Transfers: Once a domain is secured with the registry, the cost is non-reversible.
SSL Certificates: These are issued by external Certificate Authorities and cannot be refunded once generated.
Software Licenses: This includes but is not limited to cPanel, WHMCS, and LiteSpeed licenses.
Administrative & Setup Fees: Custom configuration or technical labor fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps within the eligibility window:

Submit a formal cancellation request through the Client Portal.
Open a billing ticket at support@cloudnvme.io stating the reason for cancellation.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Policy Abuse & Violations

As a global leader in high-speed hosting, we maintain strict security standards. Accounts suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Terms and Conditions (e.g., spamming, hosting malware, or illegal activity) are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, accounts that have already utilized a 30-day refund previously are ineligible for subsequent refund requests.

5. Subscription Renewals

Monthly and Yearly renewals are non-refundable once processed. Clients are responsible for canceling their subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date via the Client Portal to avoid automated charges.
